Which CO2 cartridges fit a Tipzey?
Tipzey uses standard threaded 16g CO2 cartridges, the same type used by bike inflators and other pressurised drinks gear. They screw straight into the regulator, so there is nothing to modify and no adaptor to lose. They also fit other systems that take a threaded 16g cartridge, and in a pinch you can pick threaded cartridges up at your local bike shop.
One cartridge pressurises a full 2L keg, which is roughly 10 cocktails or 6 pints depending on how lively you like the carbonation. Keep a spare in the bag and you can recharge mid-session in a few seconds. Store cartridges somewhere cool and out of direct sun.
