Using our site
By accessing tipzey.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.
Shipping and risk
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@tipzey.com and we will make it right.
Warranty
Every Tipzey is covered for life against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops or unauthorised modifications.
Intellectual property
The Tipzey name, logo, designs and site content are owned by Tipzey. You may not reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipzey is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
